Pre-anodizing creates an unsealed anodized substrate for electrostatic powder coating.

It automatically falls under the seaside category and is considered superior to the other hexavalent chromium substrates, while it is also chrome free.

The requirement of applying the two treatment methods (anodizing and electrostatic coating) in less than 16 hours is considered restrictive.

However, this is not an issue for Analko as it applies both coating methods on the same premises and can therefore apply these methods within the time frame set by the relevant certification bodies.

One could say that, in the past, the anodizing method fell far short of electrostatic coating in terms of choice of colours. This is no longer the case because today, with the addition of pre-anodizing, the possibilities are endless.
